What is a good conditioner for detangling hair?

I need a leave-in or washout product; not an after shampoo spray..my 3 year old daughter has very long, thick hair, and it gets so tangled, I just don't know what to do anymore. I have tried many things, and have pretty much given up on the after-shampoo sprays...PLEASE if any parents have a product to recommend, I and my daughter will be so grateful. It does not have to be a kid's conditioner.

I have the same problem, and I've determined that those "all-in-one" kid shampoos don't have a strong enough conditioner. I like the Suave Kids conditioner.....if that's not strong enough, you may have to go to an adult one. A good inexpensive one is Aussie Moist (purple bottle). You'll just have to be really careful rinsing with an adult one (cause it will sting the eyes!). I have had thick, unruly hair my whole life, and those leave-ins never helped my mom either. :)
