Badly heat damaged hair wich does not grow?

After 2 years of being addicted to my GHDs my hair has becoming incredibly dry and broken.

My hair is naturally straight/flicky. So theres not a lot you can do wth it instead of straightening. I laways use heat defence spray and intensive conditioner every week and shampoo%26amp;conditioner for Dry and Damaged hair but nothing seems to work anymore. I dont use the straightners unecerially but it seems everytime i do my hair dosent striahten because its so dryed out.

Im trying to grow my hair aswell and im always having to have it cut off because it just stops growing!

I thought of using the boots straightening kit, But i thought it was more for curly hair and assumed it wouldnt make much difference.

Can anyone suggest a good hair treatment I could buy in the highstreet or prehaps something else I could try? Or any thought about the boots straigtening kit?!

last thing you wanna be doing is putting more chemicals on it

buy a really good conditioning treatment

may i recco fudge dynamyte its 8 quid a bottle but last for ages

comb a tiny amount thru the hair and then wrap in a damp towel for half an hour

wash it out and dry naturally.

what about using some clip in hair extensions to make your hair look better while your using the conditioning treatment

straightening irons do prevent your hair from growing, it breaks the hair. the boots straightening kit will help you cut down on the ghds. try to stop using them good luck.

Try glazing your hair, it is a protective clear dye over your hair that enhances its sheen and health. =]

Other than that, dont use a lot of shampoo, use leave in conditioner, and use masks with avacado and eggs. =]

i suggest you visit your salon every week and have them put on a heat conditioner where they wash your hair then apply a thick coat of special conditioner then put u under heat to activate it then rinse it off it costs around 鎷? and will make your hair feel silky soft again

OK well first don't use any chemicals and stuff my hair is dry to now don't wash your hair every day maybe twice a week and if you have to shampoo it only use conditioner but sometimes also use shampoo too.OK well try using got2b crazysleek hot smooth flat iron and blow dry condition and just STOP straightening it for like a couple of months OK well hope this helps
