Okay,

bascially

I want a wax/gel/spray

that, would allow me to add that product when hair was wet/damp

so bascially freeze the style.

any ideas

try fructise gel spray.

its pretty strong holding, and you use it on damp hair.

for wax, your hair should be dry, if u want to freeze the style that way, heat it up with either with a flat iron or blowdryer to "melt" the wax into the hair...but be prepeared to shampoo 3-6 times to get the wax out...gel should be applied when hair is damp, but can be applied to dry hair as well....works better with damp hair....as for spray what kind we talking about? most sprays should be applied to dry hair...
