What to use to help Thinning Hair?

i have had thin hair for a while but recently i have cut my hair short because my hair always sits down with long hair and realized you can see my whole scalp. my brothers actually have very thick hair but i am the only one with thin hair. Now everyone thinks i m losing my hair and becoming bald and i try to tell them its because of my hair being very thin. is there any type of medicine, shampoo or spray or something that can help this sort of thing.??????? thanks

Take vitamins and eat right..or how about getting some weave and get it sowed in to your hair...Even after taking vitamins and eating right..You have to give it some time..It can't thicken over night.

Nioxin. Ask your local hairdressor. They can get you the entire system. I know personally that it works. i had a friend that had to go through kemo, and he used all of it, never lost 1 hair.
