Hair mess on way to work!?

Hey, does anyone have any tips for keeping hair tidy during winter?

Every morning I straighten my hair (chin length naturally straight bob) and then walk 10mins to get to work. By the time I get there my hair is no longer the sleek bob I set off with, but is instead wavy and untidy and I have to try make it look nice again. I spray it with hairspray but it doesn't seem to help.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm starting a new job soon with the police and will be outside for hours and even though I'll have a hat on I still want to look nice and smart!

OK well hairspray is you problem!! stay away from hairspray and youll be good actually you should get an oil they sell for hair once you've straightened it you put some of the oild evenly thru your hair a little less on the top and your hair will be good to you....
